Privacy Policy — Alley Sales

Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Alley Sales (“the App”), provided by ANTONIO JOSE GONZALEZ BARAZON (“we”, “us”), handles information when you use the Android version of the App distributed through Google Play.

The App is designed for local use at fairs and events: your business data is stored on your device unless you explicitly export it.

Summary

  • We do not operate a login server or user accounts for the App.
  • We do not sell your personal data.
  • The App does not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs in the version described by this policy.
  • Data you enter (products, sales, events, expenses, optional photos) is stored on your device.
  • If you use backup/export, files are written where you choose (e.g. device storage or your cloud provider). We do not receive those files.

Information the App processes

1. Data you provide in the App

The App lets you enter and store locally, among other things:

  • Product catalog information (names, prices, notes, optional categories, optional images).
  • Event/fair details.
  • Sales records and payment methods you select.
  • Expenses.
  • Optional product photos chosen from your photo library (the App does not upload them to our servers).

This data remains on your device unless you export it or your device backup copies it (see below).

2. Technical and preference data on the device

The App may store simple preferences on your device (for example, onboarding completion) using standard Android storage mechanisms.

3. Android backups

The App may participate in Android’s backup and restore features according to your device and Google account settings. That means a copy of app data may be stored in Google’s backup infrastructure under your Google account, subject to Google’s policies and your settings. We do not control that service.

Permissions

The App requests access only as needed for functionality. For example, access to photos is used so you can attach images to catalog products you choose. The App does not use your photos for advertising or analytics.

Data sharing with us

We do not receive your inventory, sales, or backup files simply because you use the App. We have no cloud database of your operations in the current version.

Google (as operator of Google Play and, where applicable, device backup and payment processing for the paid app) processes certain information under Google’s own privacy policy when you use their services (store account, payments, device backup, etc.).

International users

The App may be available in multiple countries through Google Play. If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the UK, applicable data protection laws may grant you rights regarding personal data (e.g. access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority). Much of the data exists only on your device: you can delete the App’s data via Android settings or by uninstalling the App, subject to any backups you or Google maintain.

Children

The App is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at alleysales@ajgb.eu.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
