Device means any device that can access the Application such as a smartphone or tablet.

Usage Data means data collected automatically during use of the app, such as app version or crash logs (if explicitly enabled by the user).
You means the individual using the Application.
SlidingPhoto does not require any personal data. It does not use login systems, user accounts, or cloud synchronization.
The app requests permission to access your photo library strictly for the purpose of allowing you to select a photo to convert into a puzzle. Your photos remain on your device and are never uploaded or transmitted.
SlidingPhoto does not collect analytics or usage tracking. Any optional diagnostics (e.g. via TestFlight or Crashlytics if enabled during beta testing) are anonymous and only used to improve stability.
If you choose to use Game Center features (leaderboards or achievements), Apple handles that functionality entirely and according to its own privacy policies.
All processing is done locally on your device. The app does not connect to external servers or transmit data over the internet.
The app is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us to remove it.
